Admissions

In order to have your child admitted to Rockboro you will need to complete an application form which can be obtained from our Administrator Patricia O’Callaghan. Students transferring from another school should provide written transcripts along with their application. When possible, an interview will be conducted with the student prior to acceptance. Priority is given, where possible to siblings, and waiting lists are maintained.

Rockboro School Uniform

Pre-School

Uniforms are not required in Pe-School; the School tracksuit is optional.

Junior Infants to J6 Girls

Dark grey knee length pinafore/skirt.
White shirt, red tie. Grey V neck jumper with Rockboro crest.
Tights - red only or red socks.
Conventional, low heeled, black school shoes - dark soles, NO PLATFORMS - NO RUNNERS.

Junior Infants to J6 Boys

Dark grey trousers.
White shirt, red tie. Grey V neck jumper with Rockboro crest. Grey socks.
Conventional black school shoes - dark soles - NO RUNNERS.

School Jacket

Red school jacket (fleece lined reversible) with Rockboro crest.

Tracksuit

Junior Infants to J6 wear tracksuits. The tracksuit is worn with a white airtex sports shirt, no t-shirts, white or otherwise, white socks and runners. The tracksuit is to be worn into school on Fridays only for swimming or when instructed by the teachers for class trips, etc.
